Installation: The size of the customer's battery compartment is larger than the size of the battery can be installed (the battery compartment refers to the location where the battery is installed, and in the case of general lead-acid replacement, our battery is about one-third smaller than the lead-acid battery). Figure 1 There will be a 4*10mm screw hole on our battery box, which can be fixed by locking screws or fixed in other ways (without loosening and not harming the battery). Domestic common red for positive interface, black for negative interface. The upper right is the battery switch button, and the upper left is the communication interface. The general communication interface is connected to the instrument and then the data cable is connected to the keyhole switch of the golf cart, which is set to linkage (when the battery switch is started), and the customer can use the golf cart normally as soon as he starts.

Warranty: The battery itself does not have many wearing parts. If there is damage such as buttons, our factory will give priority to online guidance for maintenance. The battery cell is not easy to be damaged (Ningde, Yiwei, Guoxuan and other standard products), if the quality of the product itself is a problem, our factory will replace it.

Battery life: Now most of the foreign golf cart battery voltage is 48V, and there is a small amount of 36V battery. Most of the voltage of sightseeing cars exported from China to foreign countries is 72V. Our company counts the approximate cruising range, such as: (48V100AH about 60-80 km .48V120AH about 70-100 km 48V150AH about 90-130 km) The endurance is determined according to the load, driving conditions, driving habits, wind speed, slope, temperature and other factors of the car. Whether the customer drives to buy vegetables or play golf, try to complete the task and charge, so you need to design the margin for the customer. For example, play a golf (18 holes) round trip about 20 kilometers (the length of golf courses in each country is different), the number of uses is one in the morning and one in the afternoon, and the customer intends to charge once a day (because the charging time is 2~5 hours), then it is necessary to design a minimum of not less than 50 kilometers. The battery can not be fully discharged, and if you need to keep a little margin, it is designed for about 55 kilometers. If you can run a little more distance, there will be no range anxiety.
